1. Scope of Services
We offer private transportation services, including transfers to and from Cancun and Tulum airports, transportation to specific destinations and customized reservations according to the client's needs. Our private transportation service is designed for individual or group transfers under prior reservation. We do not provide services without prior reservation or regular public transportation.
2. Client obligations
Provide accurate information when making the reservation.
Arrive at the meeting point on time.
Respect the rules of conduct in the vehicle, including no smoking, drug use or immoral acts.
3. Reservations and Confirmation
All reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate flight information such as flight number, arrival/departure time and airport.
4. Driver and Company Responsibilities
Provide vehicles in good condition and trained drivers.
Guarantee punctuality except in cases of force majeure such as adverse weather conditions or unexpected traffic.
5. Waiting and Punctuality Policy
For transfers from the airport, the driver will wait a maximum of 90 minutes after the scheduled arrival time of the flight (applying courtesy time in case of flight delays).
For airport transfers, the driver will wait a maximum of 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time at the hotel, villa or Airbnb.
If the client does not show up within this time, it will be considered a no show and there will be no refund.
6. Payments, Changes and Cancellations
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Changes to airport transfer reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Luggage
We allow luggage within reasonable limits for the size of the vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us at the time of booking if he/she has excess or bulky baggage.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as unexpected traffic, accidents, weather conditions or airport delays.
9. Changes in Service
We reserve the right to change routes, schedules and fares as necessary and will notify the customer in advance whenever possible.
10. Real time contact
We offer a real time communication channel through WhatsApp +52 998 215 5011 to coordinate, notify last minute changes or inform unexpected situations related to your transportation.
